Oculus - not for the mirror phobic.

So last weekend i went out on an outing with friends, and as usual outing day is movie day, 'Oculus' was our choice on that day.

I went in to the cinema hall with high hopes and boy i wasn't disappointed. Always a huge fan of horror movie. However, i do feel so sorry for the gf as she was half reluctant to watch horror movie. Had to close her eyes over 50% of the time.

"Scared till going to 'o liu' d is what she told me" - Haha, Sorry for that! No more next tim
e kay. :p

I guess most people do get confused over the entire movie and immediately deemed the movie as crap. There are bunch of hate comments over the film.

In my opinion, Oculus is a very smart film and credits have to be given to the director

This movie however, requires some attention and IQ to fully understand it. The thing that i liked about 'Oculus' is that it is somewhat different than most horror movies. The movie needs your brain to work a little to understand the plot.

Not much fear factor in this movie except for some occasional 'pop up' scene you get in almost every horror film. It's the story line that impressed me.

In a nutshell, definitely worth watching unless you have some serious case of mirror phobia, then stay away from this film!

scroll down at your own discretion.
